Warehouse Officer- SAP, Bloemfontein, Free State, Company Name: TW. Warehouse Officer with SAP required. Monitor physical availability of stock levels in the Warehouse. Compile a report of the required stock. Stock requests/transfers Inter warehouse transfer requests. Stock count. Barcoding and scanning of stock. Stacking and packing of stock. Driver dispatch. Receive stock pick lists from the Data capturer. Pick and prepare the stock to be delivered as per the picking list.

Register all the back orders. Dispatch the stock to the Drivers. Receive recorded sales orders for stock. Capture all the sales orders on the SAP system timeously. Liaise any irregularities on SAP system with Head Office and follow up for correction. Receive waste manifests and capture on the system daily. Ensure all required supporting documents are attached to client’s invoices and make copies and file copy sets. Record client’s invoices on the delivery book and handover to Area manager.

Minimum Requirements: Supply chain management or Relevant Diploma/Higher Certificate. Grade 12 Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Skills: Computer literate. Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SAP knowledge and proficiency is an inherent requirement.
