Ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: At least 5 years experience as a blockman. Ability to break a carcass. Ability to do a block test. Ability to calculate GP%. High attention to detail. Cut for an upmarket customer. Work weekends. Work neat and clean. Able to work from production experience with placing orders will be beneficial. Candidates applying from the northern suburbs of Cape Town (Durbanville, Bellville, Fisantekraal, Kraaifontein, Kuilsrivier) will be preferred.
