At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, Call centre experience, Generating and handling of leads, Insurance Industry or any commission based selling experience where targets had to be achieved.

Further to this one will need the following: Sales Managerial and Communication Skills. Computer Literate. Friendly and engaging with good interaction with people. Driven/Ambitious and highly motivated. Enjoys a challenge and is prepared to write your own cheque Negotiator. Preferably available immediately.

Salary: Basic plus excellent commission.
