MEP Engineer with Construction Experience (Knowledge in full scope of work Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).

Key Responsibilities: Familiarize and implement the procedures as stated in the PM Manual

Project monitoring in strategically manner

Generate brief program with PM and meet project deadlines

Familiar with design of MEP

Promote energy efficiency and other sustainability issues

Ensure that all building services meet the technical standard and local authority regulations

Liaise with service engineers & technicians, surveyors, architectural technologists, and other construction professionals

To be understandable of product/ materials and equipment to be used in various systems

To be aware of installation methods & correct sequence of work

Prepare reports, drawings, and technical specifications

Carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Perform other tasks as required

Competencies: Understand general knowledge of Project management skills

Strong communication skill

Very good at the technical skill

Have a good working attitude

English proficiency

Qualifications and Experiences: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar. Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in a similar position

Computer software literacy – MS Office/CAD/MEP design software (optional).
