Qualifications & Competencies: At least a senior education certificate preferably matric. Tertiary qualification will be advantageous. Prior experience (At least 2 years). Computer Literacy.

Ability to concentrate on details. Skilled in promoting a friendly atmosphere and efficient customer service.
