Fill gaps and provide painting services. Perform CULTIVATE IRP lighting installation and carpeting. Repair equipment and various machines and appliances. Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work. Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed \ this position would suit a person with good energy levels and willing to grow with the company. You must be able to start immediately Handyman requirements and qualifications. 5 years of experience as a handyman. 5 years of experience with appropriate electrical tools and equipment. In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing OR CONSTRUCTION. Positive attitude and good communication skills. Problem solver.
