Applicants must have: Previous experience within the office automation or I.T. industry. Strong admin skills Fully computer literate Technically minded and be able to problem solve. Good time management and be well spoken in both English and Afrikaans.

Job Details: Our service controller will oversee 3 technicians. Schedule on-site repairs and supervise workshop flow. Strong email and WhatsApp skills. Data capture onto a CRM system where all job cards are generated and updated. Invoice clients. Parts ordering and stock control. Experience in Quickbooks accounting software advantageous. Liaise directly with clients. Industry related salary depending on experience.
