Service Advisor, Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands. Company Name: Johan Behm Motors. Position:  Service Advisor (With Petrol Motor Mechanic Qualification). We are a small family-owned company going for 40 years in the Winelands / Helderberg area who is looking to appoint a Service Advisor that can grow with our team.  We are well renowned for our excellent quality of work. We need someone with exceptional customer liaison skills as well as exceptional liaison skills with Technicians.

Criteria: At least 10 Years’ experience as technician. Petrol Motor Mechanic qualification and working knowledge and experience of automotive products and parts. Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete. Manage and oversee workflow and schedule. Order necessary parts from suppliers. Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards.

Meet daily + monthly targets. Costing (Estimates and Invoicing). Maintain customer records on database. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Ability to communicate complicated automotive processes to customers who may only have basic automotive knowledge. Salary to be discussed on interview.
