Have 2-3 Years’ experience in a restaurant environment as a waiter. Be able to work hands-on in a team. Trustworthy honest and reliable. Flexible and willing to work various roles as required and be able to multitask. Able to respond well to- and efficiently in an often demanding work load. Has relevant food hygiene and related knowledge. Physically fit and capable of sustaining a high level of sustained physical effort. Willing to relocate to Colchester/Cannonville, Sundays River, Eastern Cape. Presentable and well spoken, able to speak English as well as another language (preferably Afrikaans or Xhosa) fluently.

Above all, have a passion for the hospitality industry and all the elements it encompasses. Computer literate and able to complete various related administration. Applicants must be willing to move to Colchester Eastern Cape.
