English Speaking BPO Call Center Experience Is Required

Lead Generation, Tele Sales, Customer Service Positions . This role is only for Candidates based in UAE preferably on visit visa or cancelled employment visa who can join Immediately.

Baden BPO & Software LLC seeks dynamic and personable sales and customer service agents to manage client inquiries. A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.

Shift Timing: Evening Shift. Monday to Friday (6:00 pm to 2:30 am)

Responsibilities: A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications.

Qualifications: Strong command of the English language. Proficient in desktop application and internet. Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge

Candidates must complete our training course.

Compensation: Total compensation package: AED3,000.00 + Incentives, Commission, Incentives, Bonuses.

Contract length: 24 months
