Responsibility: Completing of new deal spreadsheets. Requesting quotes for valuations/audits. Conducting Windeed searches and saving into folder system. Conducting credit checks, bank account verifications. Initial call with customer and deal qualify screening. Chasing outstanding documents for loan applications. Invoicing customers and chasing customers for payments.
Chasing customers to get the company noted on clients’ insurance policies. Helping complete Life insurance cessions. Managing pre-advance check list from term sheet signature through to fulfillment. Chasing legals, Managing payout checklist. Handing over payout checklist to manager and Chief Investment Officer for advance/going live. Chasing/confirming with customer for various issues. Consolidating Deal packs for credit. Existing deal management Chasing non-payment of interest. One Drive document system maintenance.
Debit Order Mandate Maintenance – including ensuring that the right debit order amounts are loaded for the right days. Making sure insurance policies are current and not in arrears. Monthly checks with customers for bank account statement, management. Chasing rejected Debit order etc and anything that is currently being passed on to Deal Captains.
Assist with Loan Book audit. Monthly chasing of debtors aging book. Tracker installation and monitoring. If FCMB over rented property then ensure all leases are up to date. General Keeping CRM up to date with initial basic information required. Setting up appointments in diaries for manager and execs. Monthly/weekly reporting consolidation. Managing extension of facilities in conjunction with manager. Saving docs from emails to the folder system for ongoing things like new Debit Order forms etc.
Office Management, Travel and meeting bookings, Office management – cleaner, maintenance, office supplies. General filing and day to day admin. Coffee runs for guests.
Requirements: Grade 12 + Tertiary qualification in a commercial / business degree / diploma essential. 2+ years’ relevant experience in a financial services environment. Computer literacy in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and accounting / financial services software essential. High attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A self-starter, able to work independently. Excellent organisational skills and able to multi-task. A confident and outgoing personality style. Own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
Salary: R20-22000 CTC
