Support sales and suppliers' request
Job Descriptions Double-check physical stock against the system. Placing and Upselling orders. Processing sample requests and packing slips. Prepare quotations for customers. Checking updates of customers' accounts. To handle customers' complaints.
The Successful Applicant The role is 100% customers driven so you must be a go-better. You must have telesales/ call center experience in the field.
Additionally, the appropriate individual for this role must be well-spoken in English
The successful candidate must have 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service/telesales in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company. You must hold a College Degree.
You must have developed strong selling/telesales capabilities and should be a team player.
