Following up on supplier confirmations for all purchase orders and ensuring any amendments/updates are actioned promptly.

Ensuring that cross-trade sales orders are signed by the customer. Opening of new supplier accounts and customer accounts. Validating new supplier banking details. Validation of official purchase orders against supplier confirmations - filing and uploading of supplier confirmations electronically. Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements: Matric. Computer literate (MS Office Suite). Administrative experience is advantageous. Understanding costing and basic logistical procedures are advantageous.
