Aluminum and Glass Sales Representative, Edenvale, East Rand. Company Name: TMS Fenestrations. We are looking to employ a highly skilled and experienced, dynamic "hunter" technical salesperson. The candidate must have previous successful external sales experience, in the Glass and Aluminium industry. Must have more than five years proven sales track record within the Glass and Aluminium field with contactable references.

The ideal incumbent will have an ability to source new business and achieve set targets.

Note: This position offers a Basic Salary and Commission.

Minimum Requirements: Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

Qualifications: Appropriate Sales/ Marketing diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum Five (5) years technical sales experience in the Glass & Aluminium Industry. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Valid driver's license.

Desired Skills: New Business Development Sales Cold calling. Good Product Knowledge. Computer literate ie. MS Office suite, etc. Familiar with the Aluminium and Glass Manufacturing. Can read technical drawings. Establishing technical requirements specific to customer needs. Sell the services and solutions that the company manufacturer and offers. Maintain and grow a strong client base.

Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals. Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service enquiries. Be a “brand ambassador” that represents the company’s brand and values. Have strong negotiating and selling skills. Be well-groomed and presentable. Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs.

Know how to give professional presentations. Not buckle under pressure and be very target driven. Be calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues. Be able to work well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently. Be performance driven.
