We do need a Dynamic Direct Sales Manager. Polygon Technologies is an Engineering Company based in Brackenfell. (I do expect potential candidates to do some research about us) We manufacture all of our own products - most for export but we do a lot of sales in South Africa as well. We do have branches in Botswana, Namibia, North America (USA), Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Growth potential is exceptional to the right candidate.

This availble position (only 1 opening at this time) is very specialised and you must have experience (that you can prove) running a direct sales team. Ok, what is a direct sales team?

We have absolutely perfected the process of talking to potential customers at their homes. It is always better to talk to husband and wife together. We don't blindly go knocking on doors; we work on appointments where the sales manager arranges the appointments, introduces the sales consultant to the family; the sales consultant does a 30 minute demonstration and the sales manager comes back in and closes the sale. You will probably working actively for about 5 hours per day. One of our sales managers with a couple of years experience earned an average of R52 000 per month since January this year.

Right, what do you need to possess before you apply?

1. Obviously, be dynamic.

2. Can prove your Direct Sales experience.

3. Your own reliable transport plus drivers licence.

4. Your own smart phone. (I'm sure this won't be a problem)

5. Burning desire to earn a lot of money.
