Preparation of Monthly Interim Payment Application.

Review subcontract item requirements from BOQ, drawings, and specifications.

Evaluating all variations and claims.

Checking and evaluating the measurements in BOQ

Preparation of Sub Contractor and Suppliers Payments.

Material takeoff before the purchase requisitions.

Weekly monitoring of site progress.

Maintain all QS documents and logs
