The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who is looking for a new challenge in a team of agile, disruptive smart factory operators to take over the garment manufacturing industry. The candidate must be available to start immediately, and will be responsible for:

Leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. The candidate will be responsible for the execution of all production work of converting inputs into outputs as per Apparel buyer’s instructions and thus making value additions. The candidate will be responsible in delivering goods on a designated shipment date and also responsible for the factory floor management, in particular, the cutting department, sewing department, finishing department, and maintenance sections and working through the different heads of the departments of the made to order and readymade apparel factory.

The candidate will report directly into the CFO and COO for his duties.

List of Duties: Create business models and analyse competitive landscape. Be detailed orientated, and possess the ability to notice small changes and make adjustments accordingly. Develop and monitor data-driven analytics. Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives. Monitor and receives the order plan and order sheet from sales team. Monitor in house system for material PO, and receipt of material status against each order and will monitor the progress of material received.

Drive the sample production, drive the approval sample with client and sales team and , swatch card against the order sheet. Ensure all relevant signatures have been obtained. Ensure that apparel production lines are properly balanced for target output. Coordinates with the quality manager so that defective or faulty goods are not produced.

Provides job assignments to supervisors and other subordinates and using the tech stack onboard and train others on how to use our software to manage tasks assigned to them. Ensure that the floor, machinery, toilet, dining spaces is neat and clean. Ensure that all work stations are properly illuminated. Arrange for continuous training of helpers and operators.

Have a pre-production sample prepared and compared with the originally approved sample and using our technology, ensure that there is no material deviations from original techpack measurements to the final sample. Ensure to pursue the right work, quality, and maintenance standard.

Qualifications: A bachelors or master’s degree in Quality Management, Logistics, Materials Technology, Industrial Technology. 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting. Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
