We are a team of professionals and so looking for a flexible and be a team player.

The following is required: Must reside in or surrounding areas close to Stellenbosch. Experience in Hotel Front Office will only be considered. Should be able to handle guests, deal with complaints & work well under pressure. Must have a positive & friendly attitude. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Able to work flexible / Hotel industry hours (Public Holidays / Sundays etc.) Must have own transport. Know local activities in and around Stellenbosch. Must speak English fluently. Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities, but not limited: Daily handovers on each shift & follow-up on any pending items; To handle check-ins and check-outs for hotel guests as per standard policy and procedure of the hotel. Should be able to answer emails and calls. Assist guests with any queries, before and during their stay.
