Job Summary: MFT ( DSM Shopping Mall) is currently Hiring on a vacant post as a Property Manager based in Winklespruit, KwaZulu-Natal.

Job Title: Property Manager. Job Type: Half Day. Monday to Saturday With and Option to a full day job. Location: Winklespruit Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Job Description: Tenant management - excellent service. Negotiation of New Leases and re-negotiate lease renewals. Ensure tenants operate within Framework of Lease agreements. Compliance with MFT Safety Policies, standards and requirements. Manage the mall cleaners, Assets of the Mall and Security at the mall. Manage any maintenance carried out at the Mall.

This successful candidate must be experienced with the following: Min 3 Years experience in property management. Project Management Skills. Must have dedication, ambition and excellent sense of customer service. Driver’s license and reliable transport. The person must be responsible, Reliable, trustworthy and friendly.
