Rental Agent - Up to 20k - Basic and Benefits - 130 prime units in Royal Ascot - office in mall, Milnerton, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: Choice Letting. We are looking for dynamic lady to fill our Rental Agent position. Although property related experience is preferred it is not a requirement. We could provide training to the right candidate.

You will mainly present viewings and place Tenants for our Portfolio in upmarket Royal Ascot. You will enjoy a basic salary lucrative commission with a petrol and phone allowance. You will work in a safe upmarket area. Our offices are in Paddocks center - conveniently close to Royal Ascot. You will be the only rental agent servicing our portfolio ( no competition). Consistent commission is ensured by portfolio size. Preference will be given to female applicants although all applications will be considered.

This position requires a responsible person – you will liaise our our Owners and Tenants applying  there for knowledge and experience relating to property will be very beneficial.

Requirements: Have your own reliable transport. Live within a reasonable the proximity of Milnerton area. Be able to present viewings outside of normal office hours. Be able to work under pressure to achieved targets. Work in a small dedicated team. Sell with confidence.
