Job function: Vehicle Tracer/Debt Collector, Industry: Banking. Location: KZN /Port Elizabeth/Mpumalanga/Limpopo/Western Cape and Northern Cape. Contacting individuals and business customers to ask for payment. Negotiating repayment plans. Setting up and maintaining customer files. Recording payments. Visiting debtors to collect payments. Arrange vehicle towing if necessary. Arrangement on outstanding instalments & Arrears. Assistance with Vehicle surrendering. Assist with settlements.

Debt collection, tracing of absconded customers, visiting debtors at their employer or home address in order to discuss and sign off the necessary documentation with debtors.

Personal attributes. Attributes: Honesty, Loyalty, Assertiveness, Good Negotiator, Computer Literate and Hard Working. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers. Self-Motivated, Target Driven and the ability to work independently. Must be fluent in English and one additional language. Availability to work weekends, public holidays and overtime when required.

Desired Experience & Qualification: Matric, Minimum 2/3 years debt collection and tracing experience. Excellent communication and Negotiation skills. Self-Motivated and Target Driven. Fluent in English. Criminal record clear. Excellent telephonic and written skills. Own Vehicle very crucial.
