Healthcare Legal Executive - Join an Award Winning Team & Work on High Value & Complex Cases

My client, a large and well recognised firm based in Dublin city centre has a newly created vacancy for an experienced legal executive who has proven ability to deal with Healthcare matters.

Working closely with the Head of the Department, the successful applicant will be dealing in all aspects of High Court civil litigation in the preparation of high value High Court claims and Supreme Court Appeals relating to medical matters.

The successful applicant will support the solicitors in the Healthcare Department with their case and court work on a daily basis. Assist in the co-ordination and preparation of cases for pre-trial consultations, settlement meetings and hearings and will liaise with Clients and Experts.

Depending on experience you will also advise Clients on liability, causation and quantum.

The successful applicant must have extensive experience in carrying out legal research on a wide range of healthcare topics.

Applicants will ideally hold a Diploma in Professional Legal Studies.
