External Sales Representative, Account Manager, Margate, South Coast (Ugu), Company Name: Signland.
Responsibilities: 3-5 years related experience in a Signage and Brand Activation sales and customer focused role. Monthly and daily Reporting on sales, issues & successes. Managing clients and their needs daily. Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account. Bale to submit RFQ’s. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Understanding and promoting the company. Visiting clients and potential clients. Maintaining client records & activity reports.
Requirements & Skills: Sales background with Signage and Brand Activation experience a requisite. Excellent negotiation skills. Strong decision-making abilities. Able to travel is necessary. Dedication to providing great customer service. Organizational, planning and prioritizing skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Driver’s license and own vehicle essential.
