Description: Our business is looking for a Junior PA. Duties are as follows (but not limited to) Handling correspondence (telephone, email, online). Scheduling meetings and managing appointments. Taking comprehensive notes at meetings. Filing and organizing. Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.

Quote & Invoicing: Run errands as requested. General Admin and Secretarial duties.

Requirements: Matric as well as admin/secretarial references (minimum). General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (or online email). Professional conduct and dress. Fast learner and flexible with multitasking. Must have own reliable transport. The salary for this position is R6500 per month and will be reviewed as the company grows.
