Currently we are seeking experienced "Marketing Manager" to be located in our Dubai Corporate Office for our ARJ Water Technology LLC
Requirements Qualification - Marketing qualifications and or Sales background with Marketing experience/ Mechanical engineering degree added advantage. Experience-10 Years and a minimum of 3 years in UAE. Location is Dubai with some GCC travel. The role: To plan, direct, implement & execute – Seminars, Exhibitions, Workshops, Budgeting with each GM on expenditure with focus on Competitive analysis including 4 P’s and 5 forces models and how to apply in managing a budget. Setting corporate standards on colors & use of Co. logo etc., Training from suppliers, Print material and creative writing with strong grammar, Qualification files & case studies. Hands on New product analysis, Web site and social media skills, digital marketing, reviewing & finalizing contracts with major suppliers, renewals and registrations. The position requires strong technical abilities, combined with leadership and marketing skills. The incumbent should be results oriented with fluent communication skills in English and Arabic. You should have good business acumen, problem solving and the ability to innovate by introducing new technologies and processes Marketing to improve the product & business. Also strong organizing and analytical skills are essential. Responsibilities include the motivation and training of sales organization on new programs and launching new products into the operations. You will be reporting to the Executive Director of the company and will be part of the senior management team.
