We are currently seeking an outbound sales Team Leader to join our Team for our local campaigns: Duties Include: Managing a Team of 7 Agents. Ensuring daily/weekly team targets are achieved. Performance Coaching. Monitoring Agent Time Management. Stats Reporting. Capturing potential Sales. Assist agents to close their deals. Following up with Queries. Administration, Assist with training.

Please take note that the position is for Durban CBD and preference will be given to candidates with Team Leader Experience and who can communicate in more than one official language as this position is for a South African Campaign.

Salary: R5000 - R6000 + incentives based on Team performance
