Our client in is looking for a Bookkeeper and HR Administrator in the Kraaifontein Area with 3 years relevant experience in both principals. As a bookkeeper you need to take the books to Trial Balance. As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for Payroll and HR Administration.
Salary Negotiable, Min Requirements: Bookkeeper to Trail Balance with broad experience. 3 Years of Bookkeeper and administration experience. Software experience in Pastel, Pay Space & Microsoft Office will be beneficial. 3 years plus HR Administration & Payroll experience perms and weeklies – Pay space.
Job Requirements: Bookkeeping – Pastel. Financial Administration duties and required as an overall Financial Assistant to the Financial Manager / Director. Load Creditors payments for manager to approve. Full Recons on bank statements for 2 companies (1 main and 1 smaller trust). Salaries & Payroll (65 Staff perms and weeklies wages). HR Administration and record keeping. Office Administration duties like keeping track of Insurance and Fleet (Car licenses).
