Bookkeeper, HR Administrator, Pinetown, West Suburbs. Company Name: Lord Dent. A company based in Pinetown seeks to appoint a dynamic Bookkeeper/HR Administrator to join their team. This role will be reporting to the General managers and company Accountants.
Job Duties: Maintenance of financial and administrative records, including related reconciliations, from data capture through to preparation of monthly pack: Cash Books processing and recons. Petty Cash and excess recons, Debtors, Creditors, Journals, Fixed Assets, General Ledger. Bank and GL reconciliations. Stock and consumables recons. Daily cash flows and projections. HR Admin including Bargaining council recons & payroll.
Job Requirements: Matric with accounting. Tertiary accounting qualification. Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in a bookkeeping role within the automotive industry/panel beating industry. Strong HR and Administration experience – Essential. General computer literacy including word processing/ spreadsheets/ Dr. Smash etc sound knowledge of accounting programs such as Sage/VIP payroll etc. Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
