Position Available for an Orders Clerk, Margate, South Coast (Ugu). Looking for a vibrant, driven Orders Clerk to join the team of a well established Signage company.
Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to: Liaison with suppliers on a regular basis concerning requirements, releases, etc. Collaborate and schedule all daily production requirements. Ensuring all delivery notes are accurate as per order placed. Liaison with production planning regarding customer order requirements, backorder status. Scheduling of orders and liaising with productiom in respect of delivery and/or possible problems.
Qualifications and Experience: Gr 12 / Matric. 2-3 years admin, sales or customer service experience. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent customer service skills. General Admin skills. Attention to detail. Telephone and business etiquette.
