Basic salary: R20k - R25k ( Negotiable after one month ).

Experience: Minimum 10 years in building ( Especially luxury houses ).

The ability to run a construction site from scratch to handover is essential. Please describe in detail on CV projects you have done (what kind of building projects, what was your role etc). Must have a valid driver's license with own transportation. Quantity surveyor, Architect background will be an advantage.
