Control Room Operator, City Centre, Durban City.

Purpose of the Job: The primary responsibility of the T Control and Monitor operator is to ensure an efficient operation of the control room.

Key Responsibilities: Enforce the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct. Carry out instructions to employees. Must multi-task in spreadsheets and monitoring.

Minimum Requirements: Matric Certified. Solid Computer Proficiency. Have experience in control room/C.C.T.V. Experience/ Call center experience. Must live in or around the bluff area

Must have reliable transport. This position is only for Female applicants between 24 – and 35.

Competencies: Attention to detail. Must be able to multi-task. Ability to generate reports. Excellent reporting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. To be able to work in a team. To be able to work under pressure. Must be able to work shifts. Must be punctual and self-motivated.
