The ideal candidate will preferably be between 21 and 35 years of age and female who will assist the Manager and Owner in delivering a 5 Star service to our international guests.

Previous experience in a similar position or as a receptionist in a well-known hotel or guest house is a requirement. A Hospitality diploma is a bonus. You must be presentable with good social skills. You need to speak and write English and Afrikaans or a fluent in an additional European language. Knowledge of Nightbridge, Outlook and MS Office is a must. You must also have a legal work permit. You have to be able to work under pressure, have excellent interpersonal skills, be punctual and be a quick thinker.

Your duties will include but are not limited to Check-in and out of guests. Supervising and assisting with Breakfast. Stocktaking and ordering. Checking of rooms according to company standards. Answering the telephone and handling all emails. Enter bookings and the taking of payments. Issue invoices as well as the preparation of accounts. Handling of all guest complaints and reviews. Assisting with and scheduling Tour Bookings and restaurants.
