Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting with tenders, Measurements of works as per the Standard Systems. Monitoring & reporting on project budgetary allowances. Preparation of Monthly valuation claims. Preparation of Final accounts. Identify & pricing of variations. Manage & control sub-contractor packages. Desired Experience & Qualification. Btech QS or BSc(Hons)QS. 1-3 years experience. Afrikaans & English literate. MS Office and Projects literate. CCS candy would be beneficial. Driver's license and own vehicle. Must be able to perform under pressure. Package & Remuneration. Market related depending on experience and qualifications.
