A Group of Medical Equipment Trading Company based in Dubai & Ajman is looking for an experienced accountant to take care of all accounting-related matters and handle admin tasks.
Responsibilities: Preparing quotations, invoices, and statements of accounts. Monitoring and recording petty cash expenses. Preparing and processing monthly salaries. Recording receipts and payments. Recording supplier invoices, and reconciliation of SOAs. Monitoring receivables and following up on outstanding payments. Posting journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts.
Monitoring payables. Preparing bank reconciliation. Preparing VAT reports and filing them. Performing admin tasks such as answering inquiries and resolving issues from clients and suppliers by phone and email. Bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements and reports. Prepare weekly cash position reports. Maintain legal documents such as employees files, vehicles, and other official documents and monitor expiry of every document
Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent. 2+ years of accounting experience.
Strong communication skills. Strong financial analysis skills. Strong organizational and stress management skills. Proficiency in accounting software(tally), Microsoft office, and analytical tools. Ability to work under pressure. Available to join immediately.
