Document Controllers: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar field. Bachelor of Business Administration or any relevant field. Manage and maintain all controlled company documents.
Receptionists: Minimum of 5 years of customer services experience.
Secondary education at minimum
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Secretaries: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar field. Preferably Diploma in office administration or any relevant field. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
