Admin Clerk, Other, Durban City. Company Name: YSD. Our organization specializes in Importing & Distribution of Products across South Africa and we are looking for an Admin Clerk to join our dynamic team. The candidate must have a “can do” attitude and willing to learn and grow within our company.
The salary package for this position is R7000 – R9000 per month depending on experience.
Requirements: Clear criminal record. Valid driver’s license (preferable). Minimum of 1 year Sales or Customer Service experience. Excellent Excel and letter writing skills. Excellent communication and Customer Relation Skills. Must be organized, responsible, self-motivated, logical and pro-active. Independent and able to work under pressure. Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
The candidate must be able to: Liaise with customers and handle customer queries. Update client databases. Process orders. Liaise with transporters. Entail a good grasp of operations and business practices. Follow company procedures. This position is not limited to these duties so the candidate must be flexible.
