Night Shift Building Manager, City Centre, Cape Town. Company Name: Woodstock Hospital. We are a Facilities Management Firm looking to recruit a Night Shift Building Manager to manage a Social Housing Initiative at a City of Cape Town Facility.

The role of the Building Manager is to manage residents; as well as the maintenance and operations of the site and liaise between: Cleaning, Security, Landscaping, Building Maintenance, Management, The Client.

Salary: Up to R 17 000 per month. Cost to Company.

Provisional Start Date: April 2022.

Key Requirements: 3 Years of Experience. Immediately Available. Ability to Plan logically and coordinate multiple teams. Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel). Must be based in Cape Town. Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
