Metal Product Spray Painter (Structural Steel Fabrication Painter)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Evening
Salary: $20.00 to $23.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Painting Certificate (15 week course), WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Type of Paints or Coatings: Inhibiting coatings
Type of Materials or Products: General metal products, Construction materials or coatings
Surface Preparation Methods: Abrasive disc wheel
Application Methods: Hand-held spray guns
Work Setting / Industry Experience: Construction industry
Specific Skills: Tend or operate equipment to spray or coat
Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing
Languages: English
