Duties: Managing company cash flow. Managing of Debtors Departments. Managing of Procurement Department. Duly managing the resource department with Operations. Streamlining the financial strategy of the business. Managing the payroll department. Seeing to the efficiency of the rosters and overtime exposure. Conducting audits on all departments. Implementing cost savings systems and procedures. Maintaining a high level of administration of the head office. Attending Bi-Weekly meetings with middle management. Compiling reports to be submitted to the FD.

Preparing the annual budget and monthly review. Client relations. Monitoring of Sales/Business Development Department. Submission of all statutory requirements on time. Developing systems and procedures which streamline the company's workflow process to maintain efficiency. Attending to critical employee queries, and streamlining their resolutions efficiently.
