Responsibility The following requirements are essential: Good track record in a similar role for at least 3 years. Excellent ability at keeping a good food cost and how to maintain it. Able to adhere to targets and budgets. Confident at handling all issues relating to staff: shifting, mentoring, training and discipline. Superb attention to detail when it comes to hygiene. Experience with bulk yields. Passionate about sending good quality food to customers. Able to handle high pressure situations. Spur Corp restaurant experience advantageous.
