Live-in caregiver (elderly care) (NOC: 6474)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day, Evening
Salary: $10.86 Hourly for 44 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Kanata, Ontario (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate, Red Cross Babysitting course
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Children's Ages: Over 12 years
Work Setting: Employer's home
Specific Skills: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, Enhanced reliability security clearance, Confidential security clearance, Criminal record check
Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
Work Location Information: Work in employer's/client's home, Room and board provided
Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication
Other Information:Room and board $85.25 per week. To take care of an elderly man who is 99 years old. He needs companion all the time. Must have 6 months experienced for elderly care. Provide private room and bathroom.
