Minimum Requirements: Matric, with BSC Property Studies with Honours; or B COMM/Financial Qualification with Honours. Minimum 5 years experience in the banking industry with property lending/ commercial lending experience. 8 + Years of New Business Development experience. Financial modelling & analysis.

Negotiation Skills. Business management skills. Client and staff management skills. Strategic focus towards achieving goals and targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advance).
