Dynamic Financial Legal firm requires an IT Technician who will be responsible for installing and maintaining the hardware and software on servers and user desktops. Their job is to optimize network performance and ensure the smooth running of the company servers and IT operations.

Duties & Responsibilities: Provide exceptional support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, peripherals, data backup solutions, mobile devices, wireless, software, anti-virus, file, internet, mail, cloud services, and training. Server installation, set up, maintenance and support. Perform network support, installation, backups, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Oversee and update assigned support service requests.

Ensure that the devices, operating system, and applications are up to date with the latest drivers, service packs, and security patches. General IT administration duties. CCTV Maintenance and installation.

Minimum Requirements: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Support and Technical environment. Comprehensive understanding of IT products and ICT Solutions. A+/N+ or MCSE/MCSA, Available Immediately. Salary; R 10 000.00 p/m + benefits + incentives + medical.
