Draftsman (MEP Freelancer), Location: Dubai, Job Type: Contract, Job Status: Part Time, Categories: Engineering & Construction
Job Details: MEP Contracting company looking for CAD freelancer to produce full MEP shopdrawings based on design drawings for G+8 Bldg. on contract basis including (AC,WS,DR,FF,EL,BW,Coordination, ... etc).
Requirements
1. Qualified team of MEP Draughtsmen.
2. To have basic knowledge of duct sizing and pipe sizing and electrical power and lighting circuits design.
3. To have knowledge of Local authorities regulation involved in preparation of MEP shopdrawings.
4. To have knowledge of Arch. & Structural Drawings and to extract from it the required information concerning MEP services
5. To be able to raise inquiries to engineering staff and to highlight mistakes in design drawings.
6. To work independently with minimal supervision
