Responsibility The following requirements are essential: Good track record in a similar role for at least 3 years. Excellent ability at keeping a good food cost and how to maintain it. Able to adhere to targets and budgets. Confident at handling all issues relating to staff: shifting, mentoring, training, and discipline. Superb attention to detail when it comes to hygiene. Experience with bulk yields. Passionate about sending good quality food to customers. Able to handle high pressurehigh-pressure situations. Spur Corp restaurant experience advantageous.
