Job Description: Answers and manages inbound and outbound calls politely and cordially. Maintains proper telephone etiquette. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Schedules & books appointments as requested appropriately into HIS and follow service guidelines in the booking process. Confirms appointments through SMS, Emails, and phone calls as per policy. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Qualification Requirement: High School Degree. Excellent English/Arabic verbal/written communication skills. Healthcare experience with customer service principles. Computer literacy. Medical Terminology / or exposure to the medical environment. Previous Call Centre experience/appointment management. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
