Must Have’s: Medical Credit Control Experience. Medical Data Capturing Experience. High attention to detail. Excellent Telephone communication skills. Ability to persuade others. Target-driven and highly motivated. Driver’s license and own reliable transport. Extremely well-spoken in English. Exceptional written and verbal skills. Superbly well presentable. Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel. Able to work and thrive in a high-pressure environment. Desire to grow with the business and advance rapidly.

Duties and Responsibilities: Credit Control with Patients and Medical aids. Medical claims data capturing, coding, and processing. Manage account complaints and queries. Continued follow-up and communication with clients' patients and medical schemes. Relationship building and Client satisfaction.

Education: Matric. Minimum!

Salary: Market Related depending on experience
