If successful your function will be to manage facility and property maintenance requests from our customers in a timeous fashion.

Key Performance Areas: Process facility and property maintenance requests from our customers. Allocate work to and manage service providers. If not available assist in appointing service providers. Update customer records and information accurately on the CRM system. Ensure all time based process requirements are completed in the required period. Direct unresolved queries to the Team Leader.

Skills: Strong admin and computer skills. Customer service orientation. Strong oral and written communication. Planning and organizing. Problem solving, Teamwork, Attention to Detail.

Requirements: You will be required to be on call every second weekend. Our work is technical in nature, so you need to be a fast learner. The ability to work under pressure or according to certain deadlines is very important. Relevant Building Trade qualification or experience in facilities or property management. LOCATION: De Tyger - Parow North (next to the N1 and about 20min walk from public transport). POST AVAILABILITY. Immediate.

SALARY Basic Salary of R8500,00 TO R12500,00 depending on experience.
