We are looking for a tele Admin lady for our company
Key Accountabilities: Primarily assist the sales team in day -to- day sales activities.
Prepares and then follows up on any SALES quotations made for clients, negotiating terms prepared by the sales engineer.
She must respond to any online or telephone queries.
Must liaise between other departments and provide timely update to customer on order status.
Generate weekly report on sales invoicing, forecast and open quotes.
Acts as the primary customer service contact for clients.
Qualification & Skills: Min. Experience as Sales Coordinator for 2 years.
Must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and other departments is a large focus within the job.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to the Sales
Prefers candidate with UAE resident visa.
