A Sales Assistant is required for a downtown Financial Services Firm.
Main responsibilities include providing administrative support to Financial Advisors in their daily business practices such as; client meetings, on-boarding new clients, and marketing.
You will also be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience to their clients by using your knowledge of firm policy, procedures, regulatory rules and technology to interact with both current and prospective clients.
To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 3-5 years applicable work experience and be registered with IIROC as an Investment Representative.
You must be detail oriented; have proven organizational skills; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A Bachelors degree in Business or Finance is desired.
CSC and Options Licenses required.
